Since hosting its first academic conference in 1991, KSID has held an annual spring meeting regularly.
In 2016, KSID became a member of the International Society for Investigative Dermatology (ISID) and elevated its academic conference to an international level starting with the 28th Annual Meeting in 2018.
As part of its domestic academic programs, KSID has hosted an annual fall research camp since 2009. In 2022, the society launched the Young Investigator Forum (YIF), a mentorship program for young researchers.
Additionally, KSID publishes the international journal Annals of Dermatology.
